    Master Cleanse 2.0 (10/10!)

    As I finish up the last day of the Master Cleanse 2.0, I feel incredible. This is the 4th time I’ve done this cleanse in the last few years and it never disappoints. I admit, the first time I did it, I did it to shed a few pounds before a trip (which worked) but the last few times I’ve done it, it’s been because of how it made me feel the first time. It allows you space to evaluate your relationship with food, it challenges you and it revitalizes your skin and digestive system. I would recommend this to anyone who has already done at least one other juice cleanse before. The juices themselves are perfect, and you WILL get used to the LemonAid which was an acquired taste for me. If you’re looking for a challenging cleanse that will provide you with energy and some space for personal growth, this is the cleanse I would recommend!

    Do I get hungry?

    Some hunger is normal as your body adjusts to the liquid nutrients; but over time people find they have more energy than normal.

    Do I get all the bottles at once? Is there an order?

    We can provide up to 3 days at one time (typically) and number the juices 1-6 in order of consumption.

    Can I eat or drink anything else?

    Absolutely, herbal teas, and water are both highly recommended. As well we provide a list of suitable foods if your body is still adjusting.
