New to cleansing? This is the cleanse is for you! This detox package is designed to gently start to flush out your system. This cleanse line up includes 2 sweeter green blends, 1 beet based blend, the typical lemonade, the classic cashew milk to end the day; the main difference to this verses any other cleanse is just 1 lemonade instead of 2 and the afternoon snack has a higher sugar and calorie content than other cleanses.
Instructions;
- Start every morning with an 8oz cup of water, followed by your juice labelled number 1!
- Herbal teas are recommended over coffee, but coffee is okay in moderation (try to reduce)
- Continue following the numbers 2-6 in order; consuming any snacks from the suggestion list as needed
- Consume your last bottle around 30 minutes to an hour before bed, and start your unwind time.
- Extra sleep may be needed, or beneficial for body recovery; Additional water is highly recommended (adding a teaspoon of salt is super beneficial as well)
