Anti-Inflammation Cleanse
This detox package is geared specifically to reduce extra inflammation you are carrying in your body. Starting the day off with a detoxifying apple, lemon juice followed by a breakfast blend, and a beet based lunch time juice designed to boost your naturally energy throughout the afternoon. This cleanse also comes with a wellness shot that can be taken at any point during the day to boost your immunity.
Instructions:
- Start off your cleanse with 8oz of water and followed with your juice labelled #1!
- Herbal teas are recommended over coffee, but coffee is alright in moderation
- Continue following the numbers 2-6 in order; consuming any snacks from the suggestion list if needed.
- Consume your last bottle around 30 minutes, or an hour before bed, and start your unwind time!
- Extra sleep may be needed; or beneficial to the body’s recovery. Additional water is highly recommended (adding a teaspoon of salt is extra nourishing)
